Epi 64: My Progress With Anxiety(and top two habits that are helping)
In the beginning of October I started getting intense anxiety, depressive like symptoms and crazy panic attacks. I've spent the last four months doing everything I can to get my mental health back in order and I'm FINALLY seeing some results. It's my goal to pass on what I'm learning.
I obviously don't know everything but I hope pieces of what is working for me can help you as well. Let's get Healthy AF!
